SONTIMER is committed to your satisfaction. You can return any SONTIMER product that you are unhappy with for any reason within 14 days of the shipping date provided the following conditions are met:
- You provide a copy of the proof of purchase
- The item has not been worn or used in any way
- The item is in original condition equipped with all swing tags, labels and packaging
- The packaging has not been marked, stained or destroyed in any way
- You have purchased within Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to provide returns for international customers at this time unless the item is deemed damaged or faulty.
Once these conditions are met we will happily arrange an exchange or refund*.To return an item, please fill out the contact form with the details of your return and we will provide further instruction.
* Refunds are not applicable on sale items unless deemed received in damaged or faulty condition.
- We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- Please ensure that returns are packaged well to avoid damage in transit as we cannot be responsible for damaged items.
- Exchanges may be made for an alternate of the same style or an item for the same value, subject to item availability. If the item is no longer produced or in stock we will replace your item with a comparable item based on style and price or refund the original purchase.
- Refunds will be issued according to the original form of payment.
- We reserve the right to limit returns and cannot accept cash on delivery.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and a refund or exchange given.

When do we deliver?
- We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Please be patient though, we are not a dedicated retailer.
- Standard Shipping in Australia can be 3-5 business days.
- Please Allow up to 2 weeks for international orders (NZ generally within a week).
- Australia – $5 flat rate per order anywhere within Australia via Auspost’s registered post.
- New Zealand - $10 flat rate per order via airmail.
- Rest of the world - $20 flat rate per order via airmail.
- International customers are responsible for any tax, duty or extra fees associated with shipping to a country/region outside of Australia.
